Return period

• You have 14 days after receipt to return your item.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside this period.

Terms and Conditions

• Item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• All labels and included accessories (such as the luxury pin) are complete and attached.
• Please package your return carefully (preferably in the original packaging).

How to return

1. Place the item neatly back in the packaging.
2. Use the return label provided and stick it visibly on the package.
3. Please drop off the package at the designated DHL point.

You will receive a digital QR code within 1 working day to easily return your package.

Refund

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after we receive your return.
